The Oklahoma Board Game Community wouldn’t exist without you, the many people who come and play games at various meetups all around the metro area. Your participation is what makes the Oklahoma Board Game Community work. As you know, we never charge money for any of our events—it’s always 100% free, and all our hosts are volunteers who receive no compensation.
But running the meetups does cost money. Everything from the Meetup group to purchasing and replacing games in our library to providing giveaway games and prizes for tournaments has costs. This year, we were able to expand our available weekly and monthly meetups dramatically thanks to your support. Your donations go a long way to help make it possible for us to keep expanding and improving our meetups in the coming year.
